Rob Ferraioli

Rob Ferraioli joined Valence Life Sciences in April 2012. Rob will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting and administrative function. Rob has a diverse and extensive accounting background with experience in asset management, public accounting, and financial services.

Prior to joining Valence Life Sciences, Rob was responsible for the development of financial forecasts and strategic planning models for Automotive Resources International, a global services organization. Prior to Automotive Resources International, Rob was the Assistant Controller for Caxton Associates where he was primarily responsible for overseeing the accounting operations for Caxton's global macro hedge fund. Prior to Caxton Associates, Rob was an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP where he performed audits of large financial institutions.

Rob graduated from the Rutgers Business School in 1997 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
