Industry Advisory Board

Mr. Bonczek is co-founder, President & CFO of b3 bio, inc.  He was former Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Trimeris Inc.  Mr. Bonczek is also co-founder and President of AspenTree Capital.  He has also been a consultant to Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr, a major international law firm and to DLJ Merchant Banking in New York.

Mr. Bonczek is a member of the Board of Advisors of Centre Partners, a New York City based merchant bank. He is also on the Board of Directors of NeurOp, K2 Pure Solutions and Environmental Logistic Services.  Mr. Bonczek also spent a number of years at DuPont and Conoco where he held various executive positions including Chief Counsel and Global Director of Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs.

Mr. Bonczek holds an AB in chemistry and a J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
